Phyllis G. Forman

Phyllis Forman has over 30 years of legal experience, specializing in personal injury and Social Security disability law. A founding member of ST&F, Phyllis is passionate about protecting the rights of injured clients and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

Attorney Forman earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1983, and a law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1987. While at Widener, Phyllis was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987 and the New Jersey Bar in 1988, Phyllis began her career as a tax attorney with a prominent accounting firm. She later transitioned to insurance defense work, serving as in-house counsel for leading insurance companies. This broad range of experience has given Phyllis a unique perspective to effectively represent clients in complex personal injury and disability cases.

A founding member of ST&F, Phyllis, now “of counsel,” focuses her practice on helping clients navigate the often-challenging process of securing Social Security benefits and seeking justice for personal injuries.

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Phyllis enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with her family.
